*If you have not yet placed any orders at the time of cancellation, you will be refunded the full membership fee and your plan will be terminated.
If you have placed one or more orders for product using your yearly membership, we will deduct your cost savings (which is calculated as the Retail Price, i.e. non-member price, of the Products you ordered, minus the Members Price you paid for them, in addition to any shipping and return cost incurred) from the price of the membership.
If your savings are greater than the cost of the membership ($120/year), you will not receive a refund on your membership. If your savings are less than the cost of the membership, you will be eligible for the refund policy stated above.

Shipping & Returns
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
